Three Steps to Outsourcing your IT Staff
Step 1:
We start by doing an analysis of your needs, so that we understand your requirements and make sure this service is suitable for your business.

Step 2:
Next we create a job description. This will probably be something you already have in your employment agreement. This sets out what you want your staff member to do on a day-to-day basis. We use this information to assign the right IT Staff Outsourcing personnel to match your methods and your personality.

Step 3:
We then assign or hire a staff member compatible to your job description, complete any training or induction that may be required and ensure our staff member is the right fit for your business.
